Mexican Spring Break

Well i know it has been forever since spring break but better late than never! we will start out this lovely post with some posing on the beach with the beautiful sunset. sorry i don't have a lot of time for an organized post so this might skip around but it has a lot of pics and i will explain them the trip was amazing and fun!
Me, and my cousins Mckenna and Kristen

Us again. if you can't tell, this is our home made kite out of paper bags and nothing else. it was a very windy and boring day so we got creative!

My brother down there is the young men's president so he invited me and my friends and cousins to go to this stake dance! it was so fun! better than stake dances here i can tell you that. i went crazy!

This was the morning before we left we had to take one last picture.
me, Kristen, Mckenna, Nate (poor boy brokw his arm a while ago), Cole

On the way back, we had a wonderful wait of three and a half hours at the border! It was miserable!! So we took pictures!

Now we are skipping of to cross the border by walking and play a nice board game at the first gas station in America until me dad and uncle came through. It was fun.

Kristen, me, and Alijandro. He came her every day by our condos and sold amazing food and fresh fruit and stuff!

My friends, cousins, and me by the pool. Don't mind my eyes shut.

Baby Jones! I was so happy I got to see him and he is really darling! They had his blessing at his house for fear of taking him to church.

Someone found a dead puffer fish and my mom wanted me to be in the picture but it smelled so bad i had to get behind the glass. But it was way cool.

This is my favorite tree that I spent a lot of time reading and just sitting in when I was bored. And Tanner as with me right now. I know I look weird.

At the market. I just bought that necklace. The lady that worked there arranged us just perfect for the picture.

Now here is my momma and me at a different store in the market.

Snorkeling! This wasn't the best I have been, it was freezing, but i went in for a while and saw some cool fish and sting rays.

Nate found a seahorse and it was so cool! Seahorses are cute.

Here is the huge field by our condos that we played capture the flag in every day with a bunch of people!

Me and Kristen were just inseparable!

Some lady found this huge, live, colorful starfish! It was amazing!
Well, i think you are sick of this post now so I will stop with the pictures even though there were much more. Overall, it was a fantastic trip!

He is about two weeks old now and i get to go to Mexico and visit him for spring break! Also, on Wednesday, my sister, Shauna had her third baby. Sally! She is also so darling! But i won't get to see her for a while because she is in North Carolina. But i can already tell i am going to love both of them so much! I love my big family! Now i have a total of 13 nieces and nephews!

Whats been happening

Funny how i haven't updated my blog in over a month right? Well ever since Shauna and her boys left, life really has been pretty dull. I don't have much pictures either so here goes nothin.
(this is no particular order)

Our little family and my dad's work friend's family went on a shooting trip in the mountains one Saturday. I was pretty proud of myself for hitting three out of ten clay pigeons in the air. Until Cole got up there for his first time ever and hit his first four and about three more out of about ten. Then i felt a little pathetic but hey, i am a girl.

Here is a great story. Skyler, Kimee, and I went to a Hannah Montana concert, but didn't have tickets. We just wanted to see if we could see her or her guest stars Aly and AJ. By the way, we hate Hanna but like Aly and Aj. Anyways, we were walking around and saw John Jay from 104.7 Kiss FM, John Jay and Rich. We were just talking to him and he asked if we had tickets. We told him we didn't and he took out three tickets and just gave them to us! These were 60 dollar tickets! So we went. (It was my first concert). It was way fun even though we hate Hannah Montana. John Jay is the man.

Ashlie and I were just having fun on her cool computer thing! It's pretty creepy

GIRLS NIGHT! I have the best friends ever and we had a way fun girls night one weekend. We dressed up all cute and went to the Cheesecake Factory (which i strongly recommend). Even though it was an hour and a half wait it was worth it and we had fun with the waiter, we even made up a song for him. I love my friends!
Hope you enjoyed the post! maybe i will update more. Or at least start taking pictures.

They're gone...

Well the time has come and now they are gone. My sister Shauna and her boys are gone. This morning i didn't even want to get out of my bed cause i had no reason to. What am i gonna do with out hugs and smiles from my boys every morning and when i get home from school? And how will i know what outfit to wear and what looks good with out Shauna. I am gonna miss them so much. I don't know why, but this is so hard for our family. I am gonna miss Shauna being here to take a bunch of pictures with me and play settlers and listen to all my girl drama. And Owen won't be here to dance with me anymore or say "Hey, you want a punch in the face?!" And Of course Drew's cheesy smiles and how he always nods yes no matter what question you ask him. Or how he will do anything to get candy. I have had some good times with them. But on the bright side, we have webcam and can talk to them on the phone too! And it's not like they are dead or anything, just gone for a while. Sorry this is a bunch of pictures but believe, there could bo so much more.

It's been a while...

Well you know how the holidays make everyday busier. Updating my blog has not been at the top of the list. So here goes a giant post.

I was wondering what stringing popcorn was like and thought i would give it a try. It took about an hour and a half to make a string that went once around the tree. But it was still fun!

Me and my cousins Leah and Kristen at our annual Christmas eve party! We had lots of fun, you can probably tell.

Well surprisingly, i don't have any pictures for Christmas day! But rest assured that it was a fantastic day filled with cute and fun presents, delicious food and candy, and lots of fun family time!

Yes, what you see is shredded paper EVERYWHERE in my room! This was my "birthday present" from a couple of my friends. It was crazy and took a long time to clean up.
Luckily Drew was there to help me!
On New years day, My family rented a room out at Bounce U and i got to bring some friends. It is such a fun place! I want to have a huge party there someday! Here is us on a really crazy spider web thing that we were on most of the time.

New year's Eve party at my house! WOO! My family has a tradition of burning our Christmas tree and blowing up gingerbread houses on this wonderful eve. some friends came to join in on the fun!
